So the whole eastern side of Australia is being hideously drenched.  The rural areas have been getting flooded for about a week now but it's finally hit the capital city.  I thought it would die out.  How much rain can there be?  It's already covered most of the state which is saying something when the state is (yes, I googled it) 4.9 times bigger ( Read more... )

Last year for my new year's resolution I resolved to be less social as a joke because I was already seriously antisocial, but somehow I ended up keeping my resolution and did basically nothing all year.  Frankly, it sucked.  I got less and less social as the year went on and now I regret it.  I always hate new year and resolved not to do it this ( Read more... )

I have made an arse of myself about 6times in the past 24 hours.  I don't drink so I can't even blame it on post-festivity stupidity.

It's Christmas Eve in my corner of the world and I'm about to disappear off to bed in hopes of decent sleep before stupidly early plans and a VERY long day.
