Way back in 1991, when my friends and I went to our very first Renaissance Faire? This is exactly what we expected it to be like.

THURSDAY was starlollie's mini Hell Night, and even though I got seriously stressed out at the beginning, caffeine washed my worries away and I had a good time. More importantly, starlollie had a good time.

It was a busy weekend.

Saturday I picked up speedball and silverlily81 from LAX. Got home from that and rested for about an hour before parsnipodoom arrived and we drove out to Palm Springs to meet up with teacherriki at the Ren Faire. So, yesterday was my birthday. We had a short story-like event (BWNN) instead of Court, and I got to play Black Bart for the first time in months. I went to the Poxy Boggards show in Long Beach last night with fuzzygondol. It was a little harder than usual to navigate downtown LB on account of the shooting.
