Crazy deadline coming up next week, so I am working on pages this weekend. Yesterday, I went to Art's for an eight-hour shift. I took three pages home to work on today.
After work yesterday, Michelle and I went to Monrovia for the annual Bogfest show. We were going to go to Faire with our AOKP friends beforehand, but I had to work. Although I was a bit grumpy in the beginning, once I unwound a bit (the booze and cigarettes helped), I had a good time. We managed to snag an entire table in the back so we could sit comfortably all night. There were a lot of AOKPers there, as well as someone I know from the SCA: Meala (MKA Melissa). Apparently she goes to the LB sea shanty sing all the time, and so she and Anne know one another from there. I shouldn't be too surprised, since it was either Lot or Marcos who told me about the group in the first place.
All told, it was a good night.
