The drug store by my house is closing, so they were having a 50% off sale. That meant, obviously, that I had to go and buy shit that I didn't need. Like purple, glittery mascara and a mango sorbet candle. The candle smells nice, and I figure that I can wear the mascara to the Placebo concert.

Actually, it wasn't bad. Not bad at all.

The food was good and the company was, well, familiar, at least. There was much screaming from the little ones and much barking from all the dogs. There were those lazy, random turkey-induced conversations about everything from train wrecks to Aladdin to the price of real estate.

So, I figured that since I snagged a song from thorne_scratch earlier, that I really ought to send her something back. And THEN I thought, well, since I have WiFi for the moment, why don't a make a one time only music-y post. Thing.

I can only hope that it keeps it up through tomorrow night and I get a last minute reprieve from lecturing on medieval cathedrals and giving midterm re-takes.
