Had a Doctor's appointment today... every time I go to see her, I end up all depressed for the rest of the day. I mean, even more than I normally am. Because we always talk about all of the things that I've got to deal with medically, and I get really overwhelmed and start feeling all helpless and everything...

I had a lot to do today.

Started with a psychiatrist's appointment, which resulted in my Effexor dose being upped from 150 to 225. -_-;; Now I have to go back again in two weeks, and then three weeks after that... First, the Lorezepam that I was put back on last time isn't doing squat (yes, Sethi, I know it's a major tranquilizer, but it still isn't helping me... ^^;;), so the Doctor is now prescribing Trazodone to help me sleep, since it's now been two weeks since I got a decent night's sleep... =.=;; So tired ( Read more... )

The appointment I had with the doctor today went alright... basically, she added Lorezepam back into my medication pool, and upped my dose of Effexor.
