Note to Self: Despite what the RX says, never ever EVER take two Vicodin pills at once.

Because almost passing out in the middle of scooping ice cream is NOT GOOD, and neither is throwing up five hours later.

Last night I wrote this entry.

Then I locked it, figuring it was kind of whiny and TMI.

Then I had to go lie down, as I suddenly wasn't feeling well.

And now, some 20 hours later, I have only one thing to say (which definitely IS TMI, so don't click if that bothers you):

ETA: Pretty sure now that I actually have bronchitis. KARMA STRIKES AGAIN!

So today I was reminded - yet again - how lucky I am to be insured.

I just got back from my second visit to my new dentist, where they performed a Deep Cleaning/Scaling on the (upper & lower) left side of my mouth. This cost me $226.00 and about an hour of my time. Without my dental insurance (which I pay for out of pocket every month) this would ( Read more... )

Today was my last day of work until January 8th. Winter Break officially starts tomorrow, and I am tremendously grateful. I'm worn out, burnt out and exhausted. Bring on the sleep, baby. I'm ready for it.
