Germaine spent allllll daaaayyyy barfing yesterday. and had a fever of 100. but still ran around like a normal non-sick kid. she finally crashed in the evening, and I think I would have too, if I'd done that much running around with the equivalent of nothing to eat, after having barfed it all up.

I think I narrowly escaped getting sick! the tickle in the back of my throat never turned into a real sore throat, and I've only had mild nasal congestion. it might be because I've been taking in all the vitamin C and zinc and garlic and ginger and cod liver oil and apple cider vinegar and anything else that might make me not sick (I'm afraid to OD ( Read more... )

it is quite possible that after this morning, I will no longer be a dog owner. my parents are at the vet with him as I type this, with the idea that if he is not doing well enough to cure then he will not be coming home again. they had to carry all over-100-pounds of him to the car.. he could not even walk it himself.
