One of the "have-tos" that I have to get done before I get to play with my dining room (or anything else) - and actually my next project, come hell or high water - is to build a pot rack in the kitchen to solve the following problems:

• a crowded pantry
• an exposed trash can that Daisy keeps pulling things out of

Just got finished. Did the last of the painting this morning, and just finished clear-coating the whole thing - double thick on flat surfaces to prevent scratches.  Waiting for stuff to dry, so I can put it all back together.  Pictures after.

It's really windy outside. I like it.

So, I go to the garage to work on the coffee table, right? I open the door. I get my stuff together. I sit down on my little stool. I start sanding.

Saturday was the last football game, for me, until November, during which time I designed a new altar made from a single sheet of plywood - I'd rather build a new one out of nice wood, but I can't afford nice wood. I planned to pick up the plywood on the way home from work ( Read more... )
