I weighed 115.2 this afternoon. Stress on afternoon - one is always lightest in the morning.

I also have a new book that I'll be reading alongside Myth of the Framework (which I started yesterday and it blew my mind, so to speak): "The Runner's Handbook". Yesssssss. 8)

The day before yesterday, I wrote the first version of my Paris Freedom Fest talk. There are some things I know I won't include in the final-- for example, I talked a lot about the Pragmatists, when I don't really want to focus on those in the final event. I was reading an article earlier today on The 20 Healthiest Foods for Under $1, and spotted something interesting about coffee.
