Goal weight number two: it are has been achieved.
I weighed 115.2 this afternoon. Stress on afternoon - one is always lightest in the morning.
I also have a new book that I'll be reading alongside Myth of the Framework (which I started yesterday and it blew my mind, so to speak): "The Runner's Handbook". Yesssssss. 8)
