ah magnesium. too little, the body suffers. the right amount, and the body relaxes. too much, and the body says OMG TOO MUCH TOO MUCH INTESTINAL CRAZY TIME!
funny how minerals only absorb to a point.
i am doing much better though! overall swelling is down, and the spasms are clearly defined in my leg muscles. i cannot, however, elevate my right leg
