This weekend was a family and friends weekend down in Louisiana.  My friend, Staci has a cabin there, just about 20 minutes past the Arkansas border in a little town called Homer.  The cabin is on Lake Claybourne, I think.  Anyway, she is always trying to get me to plan visits there.  She loves to go, but doesn't go alone.  Its hard to find enough ( Read more... )

The kids and I are surviving our week without Dave pretty well. So far we have gotten up on time for school and not missed the bus. Had a cheer clinic to attend, school pictures, grocery shopping, a birthday party, Tumbling class, and lots of homework. Everyone has managed to get their baths every night and get to bed on time.
