🌍 I am bringing food with me on the go from home, thus, not eating out/spending money/overeating
🌏 I am focusing on increased protein, cutting sugar, and reducing carbs

I'm back from tour!
...And what an experience it was. I have to say that this year's tour was substantially different from last year's, in the circumstances of good and bad. This year we had host homes, which are so much more fun than staying in churches/hotels. I had a much better camera this year, so I ended up taking over a thousand pictures ( Read more... )

This summer I've definitely discovered some new awesome music already. I am baking cookies right now. And they smell freaking GOOD! They taste even better when you drink a tall glass of milk right after it... mmm, it's one of the many treats in life!
