I just got home right now; it's been a fairly long day. I left at 6:55 AM this morning and it's been nearly fifteen hours, which I think is a long time. I'm not really all that exhausted, though, it's just the fact that I had zero period, tons of school, studying after school, and a long marching band practice really takes a whole, trying day.

…And it was an extremely simple one, at that. Although, it didn’t begin all that simple. This morning I woke up around six-thirty, did all my morning preparations and left around seven-forty. I was leaving fairly early so I wouldn’t be late for my algebra 2 final, and so I could do some last minute “cramming”.

Leading up to finals week, I almost always get stressed out. It’s not because I’m so worried about grades and things like that, but more of how I should balance my time. I am so ready for that algebra 2 final tomorrow. I studied for one-point-five hours tonight (that's 1 1/2 for you word-challenged folk), and made the best note card ever. It has formulas galore, quadratic junk, polynomials, cube roots, point-slope equations, and more. I sure hope all this studying will pay off when I take the final tomorrow morning ( Read more... )

Finals are over. We're out of school on break until Tuesday, January 3, 2006. Things are good, right? I'd like to think so. I forgot my cell phone this morning, so that led to some problems later on.
