Tonight, as a preparation for the start of the second semester, I made title pages for two of my toughest classes-chemistry and algebra 2. On those title pages I wanted to make some kind of a reference to a “clean slate”, as in, “the past is done with, the future is upon us.” They were plain, of course, but had subtle meanings ( Read more... )

Today has been a really good day for the most part. Sometimes it's very easy to mask the fact that a day in your life has been exceedingly splendid, because you don't realize that so much more could have gone wrong. I am so exhausted right now. I don't know if planning this whole huge day thing was a good idea. I'm going to give a briefing, and this time I don't mean a 15-paragraph essay, I mean briefing, because I'm tired, lol.

Today went pretty well, I'd say. I was relatively tired throughout the whole day, but I got 11 PM - 7 AM of sleep, so I am fully rested. After school today, though, I did not take a nap, so I am going to bed right after I get home from community band tonight.
