Yesterday I had my MRI scan of my lower back. It's an interesting experience. Ended up hurting my elbow, I think from the vibration of the scanner (it ended up against the side of it). It was rather loud, even with the noise dampeners on too! It only took about 10 minutes ( Read more... )

At the gym on Tuesday evening I checked my weight (had to for the machines). I currently weigh 77Kg (12st 1lb in real money). To get to a "normal" weight (according to my GP and other bits and bats [and knowing when I had the least problems with my back]) I need to get down to between 57Kg and 61Kg (9st - 9st 9lb). hmm.. I'm having to wear Kian's climbing trousers to the gym because I can't get into my old tracky bottoms and I can't find a pair of shorts to go under my over-breeches tracky bottoms. Hmm... I'm not convinced that this is going to be a good thing..
