weight, gym and plotting

At the gym on Tuesday evening I checked my weight (had to for the machines). I currently weigh 77Kg (12st 1lb in real money). To get to a "normal" weight (according to my GP and other bits and bats [and knowing when I had the least problems with my back]) I need to get down to between 57Kg and 61Kg (9st - 9st 9lb). That's just short of 16Kg (~35lb). Now I just need to get my arse into gear and start losing the weight.

I'm currently eating roughly 1300 kcals a day (cut down from ~2000) and I'm trying to get swimming at least once a week (that is once I've got a costume I can wear in public), I also have the option of the gym now.
