She just wants to be somewhere
So I've been up all night. Kian's up and in the shower. I've managed to finish the facial detail back stitch chart (an hour fiddling in photoshop after a few days of getting the design down on paper), the key, the main chart (in symbols - faff I refer to my last post on cross-stitcher settings over that), the buying info (knowing how many skeins of cotton to buy for the project) and the notes for L to follow/understand why somethings aren't as you'd expect them.
All that needs to be done for this project now is the all over back-stitch chart - ie the background back-stitch (which I may ask if I can get it done for when they come back from holiday (Kian's family are off to Scotland on Saturday for a week). Also need to get the chart, notes, key and buying stuff to kParents so that they can go to Hobbycraft and get the skeins needed (thankfully already got the aida).
I now do not intend to go to bed, but instead am going to get a few other jobs done, like getting the airers in from the garden and to see how wet the clothes are (they got *soaked* yesterday).
Once I've done that I may look at going to the park - before the rain.
Also need to get my Project 365 up-to-date - any of you wanting to see it???
Time to go breakfast the kitteh - she's back to 3 meals a day rather than 5 she was last week!
