Phew...both Michael and I are still trying to recovering from a horrible bug. He had it for most of last week, then I got it Friday afternoon. Anyway, I received an email Friday night that the gate to the Community Garden opens Saturday. So I tried to find an opportunity to squeeze it in yesterday and still get some rest ( Read more... )

For dinner tonight, we harvested potatoes and some rosemary for our side dish. I laid out newspapers, to save the soil, then tipped over a 5 gallon bucket and dumped. I then explained to Jana that potatoes were hiding and we had to find them. She got a kick out of searching for them.
