More Potatoes!

For dinner tonight, we harvested potatoes and some rosemary for our side dish. I laid out newspapers, to save the soil, then tipped over a 5 gallon bucket and dumped. I then explained to Jana that potatoes were hiding and we had to find them. She got a kick out of searching for them.




They wound up being baked potato wedges on the grill. Yum! Yeah, the yield isn't really that great for the container...but, they were comparatively easy to grow, very low maintenance and taste great!
