Added another book ("Last Watch") to my books read in 2009 post. I finished it last night and after sleeping on it I'm still iffy on if I liked the series or not. Well, the auctions ended up better than I hoped, but we still didn't make back all the money that we had spent on the dragon ball dvds that I had bought since June. We made about 60% back. At least they will be out of the house (once they are all paid for) and then I can get the complete sets, rather than having to piecemeal things out ( Read more... )

Not much has been going on lately. Had a close call with being sick last night, but for now it looks like I've only come down with a mild version of the funk that Zander and Nate had. So a wish I made in a recent comment is coming true. I wished for several days of rain and we've gotten two in a row. There are clouds hanging around now as well, but no rain so far. I'm working on getting ready for my parents to visit this weekend (and to have company in the house mid-June for Nathan's wedding). So I finally got around to organizing some of the books today. Two of my Piers Anthony novels are missing - hopefully they got put in a random box and will be unearthed soon. One of my Mercedes Lackey books covers was destroyed - not totally but if you know me and books I'm pissed about it.
