(no subject)
Well, the auctions ended up better than I hoped, but we still didn't make back all the money that we had spent on the dragon ball dvds that I had bought since June. We made about 60% back. At least they will be out of the house (once they are all paid for) and then I can get the complete sets, rather than having to piecemeal things out.
I've been reading the latest Codex of Alera book that kyndig2 loaned me when I went to deliver the Piers Anthony books to him. I need to list the ones that are left over on Amazon to see if they will sell and if they don't, move them over to bookmooch. With the Alera book there is so much happening in it that I want to talk about, but I have to wait until hubby has a chance to read it.
With the start of August, comes the latest layout for my journal. Another Sailor Moon one, but this time it's just the Inner Senshi. I actually went looking for some of the icons I am using this time as I couldn't find an image to make ones on my own that I liked. I found them in posts over at sm100 and I credited their creators accordingly.
That reminds me that I really need to get back to my self-imposed KKJ 100 challenge. It's been way too long since I've worked on it. I'll have to rewatch the series as it has been a while so I can't call any particular image to mind when looking at themes.
I ought to be heading to bed, but I'm not sleepy just yet so I think I'll read a chapter or two before heading to bed.
