Yes. I AM doing something costume related!

I'm working on a new project which I thought would be spectacular, but so far I'm only moderately happy with it. I don't know if it's the fabric or fitting issues. Will continue to work on it and present it as soon as the ground shape is finished.

Even more progress on the Aminta bodice!

*Sleeves are cut and sewn
*Right sleeve is finished (sewn to the bodice, cuff attached + all raw seams bound - but lacks engageants)
*Frilly, decorative ribbon is sewn to the neck opening
*Everything is ironed

I understood (some of) the reason why the bottom of the Aminta bodice behaved so wierd yesterday: the boning is bending in the waist, making the bottom swing out like a ski jump.... Here's pictures:

I'm at the school library now, uploading pictures from a mini-photoshoot I did this morning. I've finished a couple of details on the Bronzino dress (making a green/golden ring, plus a closing patent on the girdle and pearl necklace, and also tightening the shoulder straps), and I wanted to see the total.
