I have a problem with a particular inconsiderate smoker. I don't object to being around a limited amount of second-hand smoke, but when it starts to hurt my lungs and the person smoking *knows* this but keeps smoking because it is his right/his house etc., it makes me angry. Remember a couple of weeks ago when I wrote about a guy in the dole who wouldn't give me a receipt when I handed in Phoebe's sicknote? At the time I thought that there was a possibility of them losing it. I think you know what's coming... they lost it. They didn't even record taking it, never mind send it off to Glasgow.
