I want to celebrate the 20 year anniversary since I arrived in London as a naive undergraduate in late September 1993. I am not sure what I want to do. I'd quite like a fairly open party so that my friends, acquaintances and friends of friends can come; as such I'd want it to be more about London than about Nye. If you are going to get on a coach that you have booked non-transferable seats for, do not wait until 2 hours before the coach leaves before you eat/pack/look for tickets. Just don't. foibey and I went to nitoda, wuluf anda_musing_amazon's house for a new years eve gathering. ianlovingboth, lisalovely, mandrake91, Geoff and a couple of kids were there. I arrived anxious and unable to speak and left anxious and unable to speak, but the bits in between weren't completely scary all of the time.
