Got about 4-5 inches last night, and it's still flurrying, despite the bright sunlight. Again, I am prepared, so I'm enjoying it.

But the most amazing picture I've seen in the last couple of weeks was a satellite photo of the British Isles, with snow covering everything, all the way down to the Isle of Wight.

Believe it or not, I haven't fallen off the edge of the earth - just been insanely busy and taking a step back from internet life as a time-saver, despite missing it. Today is bright and sunny and crisp, almost autumnal. Nice after the last two days of wind and rain. It's been too warm to get the snow from the blizzard, but boy, did we get the wind, and the electricity was on and off all afternoon.
