URGH!  We just never ever going to get our recycling taken out again.  All three bins are overflowing and have been since before Christmas.  There's another huge pile of bags on our porch (thanks to my purging).  Every two weeks, something else goes wrong and it doesn't get taken to the curb.  Tonight they are just frozen solid to the ground again ( Read more... )

Spent several more hours on the photo element of my Decluttering Life project.  Senior year is turning out to be several inches thick, but that doesn't surprise me.  I'm doing pretty well at the purging - more than a plastic grocery bag so far.  The constant shifts between 3x5 and 4x6 is really irritating me!  I hope to finish the high school years ( Read more... )

One hour of shoveling = one clear driveway and car.  I even dug out the garbage and recycling bins.

A "campus open today" notice from UW-Madison said students who feel unsafe about trying to get to class should contact their professors or teaching assistants about making up class time.That is SUCH BULLSHIT.  The university doesn't want to call off classes, so it puts it on all the individual profs and TAs, and then wants us to "make up class time ( Read more... )
