i`ve been busy with Mid-Year Conference (a conference for all JETs in Kochi-ken) the past 3 days and now i`m sad because it`s over because that means i have to start going back to my schools again... gotta start doing English club again on monday, urgghh. the last 3 days, especially yesterday, were enjoyable. even being reminded about Kochi`s ( Read more... )

i have never been allergic to any food i`ve eaten that i`ve known of... until now? this might get kind of long-winded, but either i jinxed myself last night when i told my mom on the phone that my feet had been feeling the best they`ve felt since this whole ordeal started, OR i indeed have a food allergy. or intolerance ( Read more... )

the sun shined for about 2 hours today for the first time in 4 days, but then was soon swallowed up by more clouds of impending doom (aka `rain`).　then it got dark and i couldn`t see the impending doom anymore.

*yawn* ....today was the most informative, useful day of the conference. the first two days were for JTEs and JETs, but today was only for JETs, so things were conducted a lot more relaxedly and we could talk freely about what really mattered to us without having to worry about what the Japanese in the room would or wouldn't understand, or how they ( Read more... )

aaarrrrgh if my foot is healing.... the healing stages i`m going through are almost just as painful as the initial wound! >_< now the pain is sharp muscle spasms and tightening like foot cramps and the tips of my toes and fore-bottom part of my right foot seem to almost randomly sting to the touch of anything (including the socks i wear). it`s not ( Read more... )

the conference today wasnt bad, although i did have problems with my feet... 2 out of 3 of today`s lectures were in a room where we had to take off our shoes and wear the pathetic plastic slippers that are always too big that you will be given to wear everywhere in japan. luckily the room temperature wasnt bad, but it was still cold enough to KILL ( Read more... )

MY TOES BURN/STING SO BAD THAT AMPUTATION SOUNDS GOOD.

seriously, the pain i`m in omg... sometimes the sharp stinging/burning is so bad it makes me twitch and want to whimper. u-u　this is the second, maybe third, time this has happened... but this time feels worse. it`s so horrible...
