Yesterday in Chinatown I picked up *black* rice noodles. I assume they are made from forbidden rice. The ingredients list is rice flour, water and starch. They have that same purple/blackness of forbidden rice.

I'm looking forward to trying them.

This weekend we are going to bottle our pumpkin ale. When we do, I want to have Pumpkin Seed & Cocoa Nib Brittle to chew on.

I even have cocoa nibs in the freezer. I need pumpkin seeds and cream of tartar.
