Ended up not going because I spent that Saturday backing up my Mac and trying to install Leopard, which took a lot longer than expected. By the time the event started I felt too lazy to even want to leave the apartment. However, I'm sure similar events like this will occur again sometime in the near future.

I honestly thought the timeframes for deadlines in design school were bad, but now that I've been working full-time for the last month and a half I've come to realize that design school deadlines are NOTHING compared to professional ones. Traffic on Wilshire grows heavy, as do the numbers of bus commuters piling in at nearly every damned stop.
