After things not quite working out as planned, plus several flaky managements not returning my calls, I FINALLY secured a lovely place in NoHo this afternoon (more pics after the jump). Apartment hunting was the primary reason why in my previous entry I said I hated August.

It's a 1 BD + 1 BA upper unit, completely renovated interior that includes all hardwood floors, wood blinds, granite countertops, and all stainless steel appliances! Aaaannndd... it's located right in the heart of the NoHo Arts District! I CAN'T FREAKIN' WAIT TO DECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!!
