Today's my birthday. For the past few years I've set a fitness challenge for myself: on my birthday, dance my age in DDR 10-footers. I started on my 40th with 4 10-footers. On my 41st I did 4 10s, adding a modifier on one that made the arrows twitch weirdly to bump up the difficulty a tad. Here are the results for this year:

MAX 300 is the original DDR 10-footer badass. 555 steps in 91 seconds, burning off 51 calories for an 112-pound weakling like me. I used to think I'd never pass it. Last night was LPP's Halloween show, and it was a good one. Large, lively audience; pretty good cast. I enjoyed it. However, it was the cast's last show. Oh, we may do con shows or next Halloween, and we may put on non-RHPS stuff, but that's pretty much it. Though I haven't been in the center of things for a while, still, I'll miss it. Well, this year I decided to top that: dance my age in 10-footers, my age being 41 instead of 40. How to get that extra 1? I'm not gonna count no sissy 1-footer toward the goal...
