Thanksgiving eve
Today was a cool day. My coworker Maria took me to Costco, where we ate lots of samples (bacon wrapped shrimp, YUM) and bought things. I got some pinkish oranges, persimmons, dried & salted edamame, and a Hannah Montana book. (Shuttup. Xmas shopping.)
At the end of the day Maria drove me home, the wonderful soul. She visited with me a little, and of course I introduced her to DDR. She picked it up very quickly. Heh, neat!
And then I cooked a lot of blue country cornbread. We's gonna have plenty of cornbread tomorrow! Now to figure out when to have the turkey done by...
