It's been a long time since I had sushi, so have to make up for lost time. I started with today's lunch, which included:

• futomaki with crab, cucumber, and egg
• smoked salmon sushi
• tamago sushi (Japanese omelet style)
• tuna salad maki (idea ganked from Laurie)
• edamame (soy beans in pods)
• longans and apple
