Well, I for one am THRILLED that 2007 is dead & gone! W00t!!!

I had a surprising and fun New Year's! I spent it (very unexpectedly) with the aforementioned bad-for-me boi, & his mom & sister & their friends.

Well, it's Christmas Eve, and I'm home alone. Last year I was in a much different place... I (seriously) thought I would be married by now, and I was planning my future with Dan. Tonight I saw Sweeney Todd with my friend Jenn & my friend Amanda. I liked it enough that I'd own it when it comes out on DVD, and I might even see it again in the theatre, but I didn't LOVE it. But I was riveted by the gloriousness that is Johnny Depp's visage. Even all angry & pasty looking, he is teh YUM.

Last night Dan and I went to Savage. I was sure that it was $2.50 drinks before 11pm. Dan didn't want to go, but I convinced him, saying we could go, have a few cheap drinks, then head home. We were meeting my new friend Karen there, too. (She was the Sally my brother met on hallowe'en.)

I spent AN HOUR writing a detailed post, and lost it. *cries*

I changed my layout look. The skulls are gone. The new image reflects my mood today. Playful, subdued, and of course, a bit o' spooky for good measure, lol. I have to tweak the colours a bit more, but I like it overall.

Almost 10pm, and my roommate just walked in the door. Sans money. Poo!
Dan is passed out on the couch, since oh, about an hour & a half ago. Chugged back four (tall) Keiths, and out like a light.
