So, six months ago (I can't believe it's been half a year!) I posted that I had a new roomie, 'R'.
Well, he did move to Guelph, and somewhere along the waay we became an official couple. (Although in most people's eyes we were from the beginning, pretty much.)

I know I bitch a lot about having gained weight, and I always struggle to get across just why it bothers me so much. I look at other "big" girls, and don't think they look gross or anything. But I've only just now realized how to verbalize it.

I am still so hurt by what was said to me on Thursday. It's very, very difficult to know that people really want to see you hurt.
It's hard to know that people are spreading lies, and other people believe them. I'm not a bad person!  :/

Anyhoo, one of the quirky things I do when I'm down is, every six to eight months or so, I go to Catalogs.com or similar sites, and order an assload of free mail-order catalogues. It's Bombardier Week on History Channel. The tv ads have an image of a pin-up girl riding a bomb, and Dan asked me  to look up the image on the 'net. Dan has told me, insisted in fact, that if I want anything, to just ask him, and if he can afford it, it's mine. I've never really taken advantage of this. The last "expensive" thing he bought me, for no reason, was my chest tattoo, which was $100. That was a surprise, though, I didn't ask for it. That was in January.
