I'm 11 weeks pregnant today, so I have plenty of time to prepare for baby's arrival this December. I understand and use some of this as it is. I really feel some sort of welcoming need for it. I would like to know were I can learn more; how I can make it part of my every day life, what parts will help me more, ext. Is there some type of Dr. or what have you that I can go to get some guidance??

My daughter has her one-year appointment today, and I could use some arming against the onslaught of chicken pox vaccine-weilding nurses. Suggestions for articles? I did some searching, but there's a ton of stuff and I'm not sure what the best sources are.
