Please save me from another winter of socks with sandals. I would love some ankle length, biker style, flattish boots, ideally pull on or zip . Does such a thing exist? Is it very expensive?

Very little is as nice as washing and pinning out knitted lace (or blocking it). The pile of pretty wool that I've been working on for 6 months has become a lovely shawl. The wool softens, and the patterns just bloom. It's WONDERFUL ( Read more... )
