I got up in lots of pain around 7, I think. I had lain in bed reading facebook posts on my ipod 4 touch, since 6ish. The sunrise was bright yellow orange. I wnted to get up but couldn't drag myself out of bed ( Read more... )

I saw a deer in our yard near the plateau tipi! It was eating the foliage. I was amazed at how golden she was. Such a lovely deer! I have never seen one in the yard before! I see the tops of the plants missing, but I don't have a view of that part of the yard since the greenhouse is in the way!

Willem helped me to plant the bottom row of the terraces. There were two soaked bales of straw which we put around all the seeds we planted so that we won't have to worry about the weeds ( Read more... )
