I don't know if it's a sadder fact that I just screamed at my television screen because of an inaccurate question on Jeopardy! or that they got it so horribly wrong. The answer was something along the lines of "This river flows through Washington, DC," and as the geek that I am I immediately stated the correct answer which is the Anacostia. Why does the new, young Doctor look like he's a C. S. Lewis impersonator? I understand that the Doctor is timeless, but why would he wear such an outdated costume? I can't say that I'm a big fan of the new look, although I suppose the Tenth Doctor's attire was just as weird.

Is anybody else disappointed in the choice of actor to portray the Eleventh Doctor? I guess it may be that I just really enjoy David Tennant's Tenth Doctor, but I also think that there were plenty of other actors mentioned who would have been better (I liked Paterson Joseph in "Bad Wolf" and thought he could have made a good Doctor). I finally found somewhere that sells Pocky! It took quite a bit of searching too, seeing as I checked 7-11s from here to Washington, DC plus Wawa stores here in Jersey and three different types of supermarkets (Safeway, ShopRite, and Giant) trying in vain to find it.
