What has happened to me?
Once again I reach a wall when trying to read this book that I'm trying to read (look at the left column of my journal if you don't know what I'm talking about). I actually got almost halfway through the thing over a weekend back in the middle of July, and haven't even touched it since. Even worse, now that I have my nifty DVD player, not to mention my DVDs of JaSBSB and I Heart Huckabees and my Blockbuster card, I'll probably never get through it. When did this happen? I used to love reading, it was all I ever did and I was good at it. Now I can't get myself to even crack a book and usually end up giving up quickly and either listening to music or watching television. I hope that I haven't reached my intellectual breaking point at 27, I have so much more time to learn stuff and it would be a shame to lose that this early in life.
