I call it “my” recipe because it turned out so excellent that it is now my “go-to” recipe. I suppose they are more cake-like than muffin like, but they are so delicious that that hardly matters. I’ve gotten no complaints from the taste testers, anyway. ^_~ These are of the “you take one bite and go, woah! that’s good!” variety. ^__^

Holidays = a chance to go all out! I made these cupcakes for ameena_acidz "bachelor/bachelorette" party last weekend. I wanted to make something with leaves and autumn colors to match her wedding theme.
