cake decorating - class 2

for my second cake decorating class we learned several new piping techniques and then sort of got carte blanche to practice on the cake/cupcakes we were supposed to bring. i was excited about learning how to make flowers, then learned i am also really bad at making flowers, which is why you don't see any here. and of course, i chose blue and pink. ^_^



one of our projects was making a clown - i think he turned out pretty cute, if you like clowns (though my frosting was too soft so he sort of sags)



next time we learn how to make roses! XD
