I call it “my” recipe because it turned out so excellent that it is now my “go-to” recipe. I suppose they are more cake-like than muffin like, but they are so delicious that that hardly matters. I’ve gotten no complaints from the taste testers, anyway. ^_~ These are of the “you take one bite and go, woah! that’s good!” variety. ^__^

There are blueberry stains on my camera now because I could not wait to eat a muffin before taking a picture. These muffins are not your traditional blueberry muffin - they have a hint of banana flavor and the bread has a good, hearty flavor that makes for a good breakfast.
