Today was καλή. The temperature around noon was perfect, providing the great taste of cool air. So this is a true autumn. New Orleans will have perhaps three days like this all year, but not until late December. Southern California, of course, would never have good-tasting air.

κρύψῃ σὺ κρύψιν ἥν σε κρυφθῆναι χρεών

It has been suggested to me quite the multitude of times that my writing here is a bit wordy, obtuse even. After giving this little to no thought, I came to the conclusion that the reader is getting off easy. For example, maybe you can read this:

ἐγὼ κακακεφαλὴ εἰμί.

i like the word "Terpsichore" but i can't dance... "Calliope" is cool because nobody can say it right...
