I wanted to write a postmodern-tinged entry in this livejournal of my self, but I couldn't devise the proper framework.

Bastille Day was on July 14th as ever. I remember it as the anniversary of this journal. Yes, it is somewhat distressing that this thing of mine is 7 years old. Well, it's the arbitrary first day of an arbitrary year after it has hit an arbitrary definition of midnight. I suppose the day means something to me though, since it is one of the few days I am fairly consistent about writing something on the livejournal.
