Last weekend I talked about the Red Sox with the most important Homeric scholar in the country, if not the world. I could be cynical (who, me?) and say it's really the only interesting thing to come out of the past two years, but instead I'll look at from the other angle and say it made it all worth it. At least now I have a cool story.

I was at the library the other day like the good student that I'm not. While reading Plautus's Stichus, I happened upon two psychiatric prescriptions stuck in the book: one for Paxil 10mg, one for Klonopin 1mg. Both with three refills. Agh! Things need to not explode at the same time. Minor explosions are easily dealable (dealable?), but not when combined with papers and work and not sleeping and such!
