In West Virginia, people settled in valleys because there is almost always a river of some sort there. Small valleys are called "hollows". elliot has successfully weaned itself off of add and bipolar medications, replacing them with herbal tinctures, all of which it made itself. it is using Passionflower, Valerian Root and St. John's Wort... the passionflower was wild harvested in Aug and Sept so that tincture is made completely from scratch ( Read more... )

We have been wondering for quite some time why We're not spiritually led to "play" with elliot. It dawned on Us this weekend... "play" these days usually means doing spiritual work and healing. elliot doesn't NEED healing! Therefore, there's no spiritual call for SM.

It seems so clear now.

We rarely remember dreams, due to the medication, but, since We are on vacation, We have been able to out-sleep the drugs... especially on Our nice, new VERY comfy mattress ( Read more... )
