So, it turns out I'll be in San Fransisco this summer, from 14th to the 19th of July. Anyone of my north-cal friends want to hang out? Anything fun happening?

The only evening I have booked so far is the 16th (Eddie Izzard).

I'm leaving for Norway in a few hours. Half-packed, half-mentally prepared, I sit and try to focus on my writing. Not going great. But that was to be expected on a day of travel. See you on the flip side!

I've started the long, hazardous journey home and with my ever-present luck, my first flight got cancelled. A truly positive person might point out that it was lucky that they found the technical errors on the plane before we took off and crashed, but I'll tell you right now to shut up: I want to wallow in annoyment here!

Just handed in my keys and brought my luggage to school. I officially no longer have a place to stay in Norway. I'm now so excited that I hardly slept last night. Just thought I'd let you know that I'm approximately 24hrs away from being a Canadian resident with a work permit.

Adventure! Here I come!

We leave next Thursday. It hasn't really hit me yet. Or it has, but it keeps being pushed to the back of my head because I'm so stressed out about the thesis.
