No, he didn't get fired. The factory is closing because they were getting a bad reputation for failing to meet demands. They were getting lots of business but failed to produce enough. At Caribou we have normal-sized drinks- small, medium, and large. Not Starbucks sizes- Tall (wtf, it is the smallest one, doesn't make any sense), Grande (This one really does not make sense at all since it is in the middle), and Venti (twenty in Italian for a 20 ounce cup but only makes sense for the hot since the cold one is 24).
